Profile Description
Born in the UK, Mike started his law enforcement career in 1984 in Essex in the UK, specializing in Airport Security Operations at London Stansted International Airport, planning strategies to combat threats to airport and aircraft security.
In 1994, Mike relocated to the Cayman Islands and served with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service where he remained for ten years serving as XX and from XX to YY managing the Media / Public Liaison office.
In 2012, Mike was appointed as Operations Manager for a private security company, taking responsibility for all manned guarding matters, clients and a staff of over 220 officers.
Teaming up with Frank, previously a partner in the Royal Cayman Islands Police and then as part of a successful management team of a security company, Mike is one of the founders of Sterling Security Solutions Ltd.
